Round of applause to Katie Haus and Carissa Harvey on their excellent research presentations at SSSS! Katie presented her work on judgments of men and women who participate in masturbation and how anticipated stigma impacts masturbation satisfaction. Carissa presented her thesis assessing the endorsement of the sexual double standard related to computer-mediated sexual communication. Congrats ladies!

Undergraduate and graduate researchers, Danica Kulibert, Elle Moore, Jeramie Gruendemann, Matt Raymond, Jocelyn Hart, Sarah Stefaniak, and Rebecca Tolfa, presenting their research conducted in the lab. Danica’s poster assessed the variations of the actor-observer discrepancy in judgments of infidelity related to perspective-taking (not pictured). Matt, Jeramie, and Elle’s poster investigated the academic concerns of international college students seeking collegiate counseling services. Jocelyn and Sarah’s poster examined endorsement of the sexual double standard in judgments of initiators of consensual nonmonogamy. Finally, Rebecca’s poster highlighted research pertaining to financials concerns and satisfaction with resources among first-generation college students.

Finally, Rebecca’s poster highlights research pertaining to discrimination and sexual assault reported by gender minority students on a college campus.
